Summary:
The UK’s National Health Service and private healthcare providers need temporary and substantive recruitment support from a range of suppliers. Therefore, our services are equipped to find and supply healthcare temporary or substantive workers transparently and ethically.

Recruitment Assistant (RA) is responsible for supporting Recruitment Consultant (RC) in working with online candidate management system, answering telephone and email enquiries, and assisting in all areas of the recruitment process.

· Assisting RC in:

i. Arranging all required trainings for the candidate.

ii. Verifying background checks.

iii. Arranging accommodation.

iv. Sorting payroll discrepancies.

· To get all documents which are required to make the candidate compliant and cleared to work before their first placement is awarded.

· Maintaining and updating company databases and ensuring timely and accurately by adding new candidates on the system.

· Add Bookings for candidates on CRM.

· Checking availability of candidates on daily basis and update on Templan.

· Booking shifts according to candidates’ availability on the Templan.

· Sending confirmations to the candidates for their shifts via email, WhatsApp and in case of urgency, on phone call as well.

· As an associate to RC, resolving day to day issues and ensuring uninterrupted quality service to the client and the worker providing them the support they need on day-to-day basis.

· Making sure that RC has ample support to help achieve their day-to-day tasks, targets and KPI’s.

Job Criteria:

2. Must have excellent English spoken and written.

3. Must be able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 – Rs40,000.00 per month
